AHA BLS/Heart Saver Instructor Training Course

The American Heart Association BLS/Heart saver Instructor course prepares the Instructor Candidate to teach AHA BLS and Heart saver courses according to current guidelines and science. The ideal Instructor Candidate is passionate about empowering people to save lives, motivated to facilitate learning and able to speak in front of groups.

Our Instructor Trainers in and around Mesa AZ, have at least 3 years of teaching experience and are committed to ensuring each Instructor Candidate has the tools needed to teach a compliant, engaging CPR and First Aid course!

Arizona Premier CPR is built on a standard of excellence that surpasses our competitors. We have created a framework that develops a partnership and teamwork between you (the Instructor), the community in which you will serve and your supporting staff at Arizona Premier CPR. Our guiding goal for best practices includes realizing that success is a system that starts with good communication.

• A current AHA BLS Provider card. Cards from other certifying bodies will not be accepted.

• Exemplary BLS and Heart saver skills (if applicable)

• At least 18 years old

• *If teaching Heart saver courses, the AHA Heart saver manual must also be purchased ($55)

 This interactive video-based class will ensure you are fully prepared to lead a class on your own, but our team in Mesa, AZ, welcomes you to observe a class or two before you teach your first class. 

You will be required to purchase the AHA 2020 BLS Instructor manual. Once teaching expectations and skills are fully understood, a 25-question multiple-choice exam is given to test comprehension of the ideologies presented.
