Which Course Does My Team Need?

On-Site or Tempe Training

Train at Our Location or Yours

Group training can be conducted at the Arizona Premier CPR training center in Tempe or, when appropriate, at your organization’s location.

Arizona Premier CPR Training Center

Our Tempe classroom provides a professional training environment with CPR manikins, AED trainers, and other course equipment ready for your group.

On-Site Training

For qualifying groups, an instructor may travel to your workplace or organization so your employees can complete training together without traveling individually.

On-site training availability may depend on group size, location, course type, scheduling, and the suitability of the training space.

Preparing for On-Site Training

For training held at your organization, we will coordinate the basic classroom requirements with you before the scheduled course.

An appropriate training area should provide enough space for students to participate safely in hands-on CPR and First Aid activities.

Depending on the course and group size, we may need:

  • Adequate floor or table space for skills practice
  • Seating for participants
  • Access to electrical outlets when needed
  • A screen, television, or suitable presentation area when applicable
  • Reasonable access for instructors and training equipment
  • A learning environment with limited interruptions

We will review the specific requirements with your organization before the training date.

Classroom vs. Blended Learning for Groups

Flexible Training Formats for Busy Teams

Depending on the course, your organization may be able to choose between traditional classroom training and AHA Blended Learning.

Classroom Training

Employees complete course instruction and hands-on skills training directly with an instructor.

Blended Learning

Employees complete an approved online learning portion before attending a shorter, required hands-on skills session.

Blended Learning can be particularly useful for organizations that want to reduce the amount of time employees spend together in a classroom while still completing required hands-on training.

Group Training Discounts

Organizations training multiple participants may qualify for discounted group pricing.

Current group discount levels may include:

  • 5–9 participants: 10% group discount
  • 10–14 participants: 15% group discount
  • 15 or more participants: 20% group discount

Final pricing depends on the course selected, number of participants, training format, location, materials, certification requirements, and any additional services requested.

Customized Training Plans

Training Built Around Your Organization

Not every workplace has the same certification requirements, staffing schedule, or training needs.

Arizona Premier CPR can help coordinate group training around factors such as:

  • Employee certification requirements
  • Department or profession
  • Number of participants
  • Initial certification versus renewal
  • CPR/AED and First Aid requirements
  • Classroom or blended-learning preferences
  • Multiple shifts or training groups
  • On-site versus training-center instruction
  • Recurring certification needs

Our goal is to make employee training organized, efficient, and easy to maintain.

First Aid with Group BLS

Does My BLS Team Also Need First Aid?

BLS and Heartsaver First Aid are separate American Heart Association courses.

If your healthcare employees require both BLS and First Aid certification, First Aid can be added to the training plan. Because it is a separate course and certification credential, an additional fee applies.

For non-healthcare workplace teams, Heartsaver First Aid may also be combined with Heartsaver CPR AED as part of an applicable Heartsaver course configuration.

We can help your organization determine the appropriate training structure based on your requirements.

Certification & AHA eCards

Students who successfully complete all applicable course requirements receive the appropriate American Heart Association course completion eCard.

Depending on the course selected, employees may receive credentials such as:

  • AHA BLS Provider
  • Heartsaver CPR AED
  • Heartsaver First Aid
  • Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED

AHA BLS and Heartsaver course completion cards are generally valid for two years.

Each participant must meet the requirements for the course in which they are enrolled before certification can be issued.

Group Coordination & Registration

We Help Coordinate the Training Process

Managing certification for an entire team can involve more than selecting a class date.

Arizona Premier CPR can help coordinate:

  • Course selection
  • Group scheduling
  • Participant registration
  • Online-course distribution when applicable
  • Hands-on skills scheduling
  • Required student information
  • Course completion documentation
  • Certification-card processing

For AHA certification courses, each participant should provide their own accurate name and individual email address so course completion records can be issued correctly.

Organizations We Can Support

Supporting Teams Across Arizona

Arizona Premier CPR can provide group training for organizations throughout the healthcare, education, workplace, fitness, childcare, senior-care, and community sectors.

Whether you need to certify a small office, train an entire department, coordinate several employee groups, or establish an ongoing certification schedule, we can work with you to develop an appropriate training plan.

Group Training Terms & AHA Requirements

Group training discounts require a minimum enrollment of five (5) students registered under a single group booking for eligible American Heart Association (AHA) courses. Discount levels are determined by Arizona Premier CPR and may vary based on course selection, training format, location, travel requirements, instructor staffing, equipment needs, and applicable AHA fees.

Group pricing does not guarantee course completion or certification. Each participant must independently meet all current AHA participation, skills verification, testing, and course-completion requirements before an eCard can be issued.

Course registration fees do not include required AHA student materials unless expressly stated in writing. Each participant must have individual access to the current AHA-approved materials required for the course, which may include manuals, eBooks, online coursework, or access codes. Shared, copied, or unauthorized materials are not permitted.

Failure to meet applicable AHA course or materials requirements may result in removal from the course and withholding of certification without refund.

Group discounts are not retroactive, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically approved. Arizona Premier CPR reserves the right to revise, limit, or discontinue group discounts and to verify compliance with all applicable AHA course and materials requirements.

Use of American Heart Association materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the Association.
