Registration & Payment

Students are responsible for selecting the course that meets their employer, school, licensing, or regulatory requirements.

Course pricing, deposits, required materials, online components, and other fees are displayed during registration or communicated before the course.

A $25 non-refundable deposit applies to applicable registrations. Remaining balances must be paid according to the course registration terms.

Course fees and policies may vary for group, private, on-site, blended-learning, instructor-training, or specialty bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

The initial course deposit is non-refundable.

For applicable individual registrations:

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days before class may qualify for a refund of eligible payments, less the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 3 days of class may require a new deposit when rebooking.
  • Missed classes, late cancellations, or failure to meet course prerequisites may affect refund or transfer eligibility.

Special, private, group, and on-site bookings may have additional cancellation requirements.

Please contact Arizona Premier CPR as soon as possible if your schedule changes.

American Heart Association Student Materials

Students enrolled in applicable AHA courses must have individual access to the current required course materials.

Required materials may include:

  • AHA Provider Manuals
  • AHA eBooks
  • Approved online coursework
  • Access codes
  • Other materials specified for the selected course

Materials may not be shared, copied, reproduced, or substituted with unauthorized versions.

Failure to meet applicable AHA materials requirements may result in removal from the course or inability to receive certification.

Course Completion & Certification

Registering for or attending a course does not guarantee certification.

Students must independently meet all applicable course requirements, including:

  • Participation requirements
  • Hands-on skills performance
  • Required testing
  • Course-specific evaluations
  • Completion of required online components when applicable

AHA course completion eCards are issued only after all applicable requirements have been successfully completed.

AHA eCards & Course Records

AHA eCards are generally issued within 24–72 hours after successful course completion.

If you cannot locate your course completion record or eCard, contact Arizona Premier CPR with:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for the course
  • Approximate course date

We will help locate your training record when available.

Each student should use their own individual email address for AHA certification records.

Renewing Your Certification

Renewal still requires completion of the current course requirements and applicable hands-on skills evaluation.

For Arizona Premier CPR BLS classes, Provider and Renewal students receive the same course instruction, hands-on practice, and evaluation. The registration option simply identifies whether the student is taking BLS for the first time or renewing previous training.

If your certification has already expired and you are unsure which option to select, contact us before registering.

Blended Learning & HeartCode

AHA Blended Learning is not an online-only certification.

Students complete an approved online learning portion and then attend a required hands-on skills session and evaluation.

If you have already completed HeartCode BLS online, register for a BLS Hands-On Skills Session rather than the traditional classroom BLS course.

If your employer has specific restrictions regarding blended learning, confirm their requirements before registering.

Children & Guests

For safety and to minimize classroom disruptions, children and non-registered guests are generally not permitted during training unless prior approval has been arranged.

If you have a childcare concern or special circumstance, contact Arizona Premier CPR before your scheduled course to discuss available options.

Accessibility & Accommodations

Arizona Premier CPR will make reasonable accommodations whenever possible.

If you require an accommodation related to a disability, please contact us before your course so we can review your needs and determine how the applicable course requirements and hands-on skills can be completed safely and appropriately.

Certification still requires successful completion of the applicable course standards and skills requirements.

Employer, School & Licensing Requirements

Arizona Premier CPR can explain the differences between our available courses, but your employer, school, licensing organization, or regulatory agency is responsible for determining which certification you are required to hold.

Before registering, confirm whether you need:

  • AHA BLS
  • Heartsaver CPR AED
  • Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED
  • Heartsaver First Aid
  • HeartCode BLS
  • Another specific credential

If you know your requirement but are unsure which Arizona Premier CPR registration option matches it, contact us before booking.
