By registering for a course or training service with Arizona Premier CPR, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable registration, payment, participation, materials, cancellation, and certification requirements described below.
These Terms & Conditions apply to applicable courses, training services, registrations, and related services provided by Arizona Premier CPR. By registering, submitting payment, or participating in training, the student, purchaser, or contracting organization acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Students are responsible for selecting the course that meets the requirements of their employer, school, licensing organization, regulatory agency, or other requesting organization.
Arizona Premier CPR may explain the differences between available training options but cannot guarantee that a particular course will satisfy requirements established by a third party.
Students should verify their required certification before registering.
Applicable course registrations require a $25 non-refundable deposit unless otherwise stated.
Any remaining course balance must be paid according to the registration terms provided for the selected course.
Additional fees may apply for:
Course pricing and included materials may vary by program. Only items specifically identified as included in the registration are included in the stated course fee.
The initial course deposit is non-refundable.
For applicable individual registrations, cancellations made at least three (3) days before the scheduled course may qualify for a refund of eligible payments, less the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within three (3) days of class may require payment of a new deposit before another course date can be reserved.
Failure to attend a scheduled course, late cancellation, or failure to meet applicable prerequisites may result in forfeiture of payments or additional rebooking requirements.
Private, group, instructor, and on-site training may be subject to additional cancellation or rescheduling terms communicated before booking.
Students enrolled in applicable American Heart Association courses must have individual access to the current AHA-approved student materials required for the course.
Required materials may include:
Shared, copied, reproduced, expired, or unauthorized materials are not permitted when individual access is required.
Failure to obtain or maintain access to required course materials may result in removal from the course, inability to complete training, or withholding of certification.
Course registration fees do not include AHA student materials unless specifically stated in writing.
Students are expected to participate appropriately in all required course activities and maintain respectful, safe, and professional conduct.
Arizona Premier CPR reserves the right to remove a participant whose behavior:
Removal for misconduct does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.
Registration, payment, or attendance does not guarantee successful course completion or certification.
Each student must independently meet all applicable course requirements, which may include:
American Heart Association eCards or other course-completion credentials are issued only after all applicable requirements have been successfully completed.
Arizona Premier CPR will not issue certification cards solely in exchange for payment or without required course completion.
AHA Blended Learning courses may require completion of an approved online portion before the hands-on skills session.
Students are responsible for completing the correct online course and providing or allowing verification of successful completion when required.
Completion of online coursework alone does not constitute full certification when a hands-on skills session is also required.
Students whose employer, school, or licensing organization restricts blended-learning courses are responsible for confirming acceptance before registering.
Students should arrive with enough time to park, locate the classroom, and be prepared to begin at the scheduled start time.
Late arrival may interfere with required course content and may prevent participation if required instructional material or skills activities have already been missed.
Students are responsible for arriving with any required:
Failure to arrive prepared may affect the ability to complete the course.
Children, infants, and non-registered guests are generally not permitted in class unless prior approval has been arranged.
This policy helps maintain a safe, focused learning environment and minimizes disruptions during skills practice and testing.
Students with special circumstances should contact Arizona Premier CPR before class.
Arizona Premier CPR will make reasonable accommodations whenever possible.
Students requiring an accommodation related to a disability should contact Arizona Premier CPR before the scheduled course so the request can be reviewed in relation to the applicable training requirements.
Accommodations do not eliminate required course competencies, skills demonstrations, or certification standards.
BLS and Heartsaver First Aid are separate American Heart Association courses.
Students who require both BLS and First Aid must complete the applicable requirements for both programs.
First Aid is not automatically included with a BLS registration and may require a separate course fee and separate certification credential.
Heartsaver First Aid may be combined with Heartsaver CPR AED when offered as an applicable Heartsaver course configuration.
Students are responsible for providing accurate registration information, including their correct legal or preferred certification name and an individual email address when required for AHA eCard processing.
AHA eCards are generally issued after successful completion of all course requirements and may take approximately 24–72 hours to process.
Students who need assistance locating a training record or eCard should contact Arizona Premier CPR with their full name, course email address, and approximate training date.
Arizona Premier CPR is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect student information or third-party system processing.
Group, private, corporate, and on-site training may involve additional terms related to:
Group discounts are subject to eligibility requirements and may vary by course type, modality, group size, location, travel requirements, staffing, equipment needs, and applicable AHA fees.
Discounts are not retroactive, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically approved.
AHA Instructor Training is a multi-step process and does not result in immediate instructor credentialing upon attendance at the Instructor Course alone.
Instructor candidates are responsible for completing applicable prerequisites, Instructor Essentials requirements, instructor training, monitoring, Training Center alignment, and other current AHA requirements.
Instructor equipment, additional teaching materials, course videos, student materials, and operational expenses are separate unless specifically identified as included.
Arizona Premier CPR reserves the right to modify course dates, times, instructors, locations, or delivery arrangements when reasonably necessary due to enrollment, facility issues, instructor availability, emergencies, or other operational circumstances.
When a material change affects a registered student, Arizona Premier CPR will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and appropriate scheduling options.
Arizona Premier CPR reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, course requirements, pricing, policies, and procedures as necessary.
The terms in effect at the time of registration generally apply to that booking unless a change is required to comply with current American Heart Association standards, law, safety requirements, or other mandatory requirements.
